PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project is located in an area within the municipality of Samarate, in the province of Varese. The lot, with an area of approximately 12,000 square meters, plans to host a new sports facility with the intended use of the area for sports purposes, with an offer enriched by the possibility of a multipurpose use at the service of citizens and of the various sports clubs (football, basketball, volleyball etc.) for competitive competitions also at regional level.

To obtain the satisfaction of the needs expressed by the call and the end users, the following design approach has been adopted:
• evaluation of spatial integrations;
• operating economy;
• safety: guarantee general safety requirements;
• environmental sustainability: ensuring respect for the environmental balance by reducing the consumption of resources;
• Biological compatibility: satisfying the physical, psychic and biological needs of the users, guaranteeing the maximum healthiness of the environments;
• flexibility and modularity: to identify and analyze the areas in which this constitutes an authentic positive value.
