The building is an aristocratic two-storey above-ground palace dating back to the second half of the 18th century and remodelled until the middle of the last century, located in the historic centre. It overlooks an Italian-style garden and at the back a large park with an adjoining pond.

Restoration of the building: staircase, plasters, colouring, architectural elements, floors, internal and external fixtures. Creation of a flat on two levels, with SPA, swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, Kneipp path, jacuzzi and Ayurvedic massage room in the basement. Redevelopment of the outdoor areas of the garden, porch and park.
