MASSIMO CHIAFFREDO LOVERA is a STEGET Senior Associate Architect (M.Sc.) with 20 years of experience in architectural design and supervision of public and private works. He has been performing consulting services in many projects focused on buildings rehabilitation, urban renovation and landscape enhancement. He has successfully participated as a designer in the most important STEGET projects in Italy, France, Georgia, Turkey, Mauritius, India and Nigeria, gaining also experience in design review, construction management, FIDIC contracts management. He holds the position of technical director of architecture unit in Italy and Georgia, managing also international design competitions in the UK, Spain, Iran, Mauritius, and Italy. In 2012 he was Team Leader in Georgia in a rehabilitation project funded by the World Bank and local government. Always in Georgia, between 2013 and 2017 he performed design review and supervision within the works implementation in Kakheti Region, following the World Bank procedures. Between 2016 and 2017 he carried out technical service within a United Nation Development Programme assignment in Turkey. Since 2018 he has been performing design and supervision for the Institute of Christian Fathers’ Society to improve the quality of life of a local community, building a sustainable school in India.
